UWMCC Exec Meeting Agenda – 14th July 

  • Add all events on to this spreadsheet that we organise

  • Archie has contacted speakers, who recommended Matt Hoggard, problem with him is he at the top of the budget range (£1500) 
  • Been in contact with Victoria House, is 26 pounds per head for a 3 course meal, upped wine prices from 11(?) to 13 pounds a bottle. Room hire is 270, deposit is 150. Therefore a base ticket would cost 36 quid per person + 1500 pounds speaker, which would add 18.75 quid per head. Bringing the total to 54.65. With a 1000 pounds speaker it is 50 quid tickets 
  • In the past we have charged 50 pounds. There is also a fee per ticket for booking through the SU

UWMCC Exec Meeting – 28/07/2021

  • Tanmay has been delegated as COVID Officer of the club 
  • All required risk assessment training has been completed 
  • Any updates on the sponsorship pack – EC 
  • Any contact been made with Shire Grill renewing the contract? 
  • Going to be renewed will sort out closer to the academic year 
  • Set up meeting with Laurie, Josh, Tanmay, Eitan regarding tour and performance sponsorship 
  • Potentially add tour sponsorship to the pack, need to discuss with those above

  • Potentially setting up a meeting with a company (one of Ed’s friends) 
  • In terms of how the pack will look instead of having a bronze silver and gold package, we could have a players one, kit one, and tour one

  • Good we got 6 fresh, although two of them don’t seem to be in the FB group so idk. I’ll probably make an announcement at club meal to encourage fresh to keep signing up in case those two don’t exist
