UWMCC are proud to announce that we are entering into a sponsorship agreement with Teach First for the coming season! Teach First is an organisation dedicated to fighting educational inequality by training new primary and secondary teachers across the UK, who serve in low-income communities.
Furthermore, Teach First is dedicated to improving access to career pathways for children in low-income communities, via a mentoring system which gives pupils access to advice throughout the course of their studies. You can find out more about Teach First and their ethos here.
Teach First very frequently run events and networking opportunities on campus, keep an eye on the club’s social media for more information as and when these events are held.
